About the program

Our program promises flexibility in learning and getting ICF credentialed:

Level 1 : 60-hour Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) for those who want to learn the basics of coaching. After this training and the completion of 100 coaching hours, the candidate is then eligible to take the CKA (Coach Knowledge Assessment) Exam in order to receive their Level 1 Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

There are also 10 mentoring sessions included (7 in group setting and 3 individual), along with a 3-month subscription to the MMS Virtual Training with additional coaching videos by Dr. Cherie Carter-Scott, the Mother of Coaching.

In the last 5 decades, she has worked with Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, individuals, and coaches through meaningful life and career transitions. Co-Trainer, Michael A. Pomije, MCC

Michael has produced sports television for over fifteen years when he transitioned to become a professional lecture agent internationally for over two decades. He booked notable figures such as: Neil Armstrong, President George Bush, Magic Johnson, Henry Kissinger, Steve Forbes, and Maya Angelou to mention just a few brand names.

Then he successfully merged his two careers into one, empowering people through his passion for coaching. Coach Michael has been training, coaching, and facilitating coach training programs for over 25 years. He delivers the MMS Transformational Executive ACTP and MMS Executive ACSTH which are both accredited through ICF. He is also an ICF Mentor for his client’s ICF credentials.

Coach Michael believes that through coaching and training, people can learn how to transform themselves into powerful individuals, discovering their passion, and maintaining balance in their personal and professional lives. He brings a wealth of experience to his coaching practice to support executives in their management roles, performance and team coaching, work life balance, and time management.

Dr. Brenda Thompson-El, MCC
Dr. Brenda Thompson-El is an energetic, motivated ethical PCC executive coach leader and highly dynamic person who’s passion is coaching and helping people find a way to live their best life. She is an expert in psychological assessments, leadership development and organizational design, sales and customer service as well as being a master coach mentor and executive coach. She has her PhD from the Chicago School of Psychology and a master’s degree in organizational Administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Brenda has experience living and working abroad in SE Asia & Europe and has successfully trained & mentored globally, hundreds of MMS-ICF course participants.

Lindsey Taylor-Vivier
Lindsey Taylor-Vivier, ICF-Professional Certified Coach, and Managing Director of MMS Northern California was trained at the MMS Worldwide Institute, LLC in The Netherlands. Coaching is close to Lindsey’s heart because of the personal transformation and healing that she underwent through her own life journey. In partnership with Carla Morton, PCC, Lindsey has ignited a rebirth of MMS in Northern California, where MMS was originally started in 1974. She is also a Co-Founder of the MMS NorCal Coaching Collective.

The MMS Institute came into Lindsey’s life at a time of transition, and the MMS Coach Training was the catalyst she required to break through old patterns and beliefs, and learn novel ways of dealing with her own life. Leading the MMS Coach Training and facilitating the MMS Inner Negotiation Workshop, Lindsey brings her compassionate advocacy to those experiencing a major life transition having faced challenging situations in her own life. Lindsey enjoys providing developmental feedback to coaches: preparing them for their coaching exam, their coaching certifications, and their coaching renewals.

Lindsey spent her family-building years raising her children, as well as owning and managing an award-winning restaurant in Arizona.
