The Halal Academy Program (HAPÒ) is a strategic joint venture initiative between Emirates International Accreditation Center (EIAC) coming under the Halal industry strategic pillar.
The Diploma modules and courses have been uniquely developed by world-renowned scientists and experts in the Halal products industry and conformity assessment. The main mission of this professional diploma is to prepare future auditors and in improving the Halal Products Industry worldwide through focusing on the compliance and harmonization’s between the local, regional, and international standards. It also aspires to provide outstanding learning services to improve the job quality and earning of individuals and operation staff in the Halal auditing fields as well as the industry.

The Halal Academy Professional Diploma in Auditing of Halal Products Industry program in one of the HAP© has been designed for lead auditors, auditors, inspectors, internal auditors, and quality assurance officers and managers and persons who are willing to promote their professional carrier to obtain a professional qualification for this rapidly growing industry.
These Professional Diploma modules are designed to provide knowledge transfer and skills needed by individuals involved in Halal production to progress their careers regardless of their country and geography since it is a globally-based one.

Besides Bilge Isıklar experience in accreditation and laboratories, she has conducted more than 500 accreditation assessments and audits in more than 35 countries this include: Quality, Food Safety, Environmental and OHSAS Management Systems as a Lead and technical Auditor, product certification audits for food, Halal, and chemicals, and inspections for different technical fields. ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17021, GSO 2055-2, UAE.S 2055-2, OIC/SMIIIC 2 assessments were conducted as a lead and technical assessor as well.
Bilge acts as a technical member and observer in several international organizations including (CEN and SMIIC) and national technical committees. She conducts accreditation assessments for international accreditation bodies as Lead and Technical Assessor and gives training. She also attends “Industrial Development Programmes” in the United Nations Industrial Development organization UNIDO projects as a technical expert and coordinator for several capacities building regional projects.

He has contributed to the significant development of the conformity assessment and accreditation in the ARAB region. Has over 27 years’ experience in the areas of accreditation, conformity assessment systems, qualifying and training of conformity assessment bodies and testing laboratories, food safety, chemical analysis, forensic and crime laboratories. Expert in laboratory safety and design in addition to laboratory establishment, instrumentation. He led the establishing and managing of different conformity systems capacity-building projects, product certifications, inspection, and analytical testing laboratories in the Gulf and Arab countries region in the area of Food, drinking water, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, textiles, plastic, petrochemicals, forensics, and Instrumental Analysis.
