The course takes you through the BCM Lifecycle step by step, which sits at the heart of good BC practice and provides practical insights into all aspects relating to the development, implementation and management of a BCM programme within an organisation through the use of case studies and real-life examples.

Dany started his career with Advertising & Marketing Consultants (AMC) and moved on to work for several financial institutions including Union National Bank, Gulf Finance and First Abu Dhabi Bank in strategic marketing, operations and communication roles.
After pursuing his Doctorate Degree in Management and Organisational Leadership, he started to transfer his real business world knowledge and experience through learning and development. Since then he has been engaged with more than 75 local and GCC organizations to support them in organizational development.
He became a board member of the Excellence Alliance organized by Abu Dhabi International Center for Organizational Excellence (ADICOE) and a partner with the Center of Executive Coaching – USA. Dany is a member of the Project Management Institute Dubai Chapter and an affiliate member with the International Business Continuity Institute and a Life Time Member with the International Advertising Agency (IAA).
